Indecent Exposure

Indecent exposure: This charge is normally a class b misdemeanor and carries up to 6 months in jail, a $2000 fine, and, if a person is put on probation, sex oriented courses. The person would  not have to register as a sex offender unless he has multiple occurrences and gets a conviction on the second charge,  and possibly not even then. Basically this type of case is where someone  exposes himself for the purpose of sexual gratification for himself or someone else and is careless about whether or not someone else can see him. To possibly avoid having to register as a sex offender, a person charged with this offense would be wise to talk with as attorney.  Call us at 1-800-630-5985 for a confidential interview
